Founders

In the Multi-integrated Media industry, it is increasingly difficult to draw a line between the art and science of production. Larry has both qualities to excel in this field. A 40-year veteran, and an award-winning producer with 25 medals under his belt, his role in this partnership is to ensure top quality results.
Aaron has wide and varied experience in the multi-media communications industry, spanning 4 decades. It gives him the rare ability to understand and input on many facets of production.
His expertise covers the field of studio sound recording, sound mixing, scriptwriting, rostrum camera operation with special effects and camera graphics, AV producing and programming.
A valued contributor in any of these areas, his reliability and creativity is well known in multi-image circles.
As a founder of Petal Productions, he is also a member of the American Multi-Image Association (AMI), his credentials cemented by his Gold Award at the 2001 New York International Festivals.

Directors & Producers

Thomas is a pioneer in Electronic and Broadcast Media, graduating with Honours from Nanyang Technological University’s School of Communication Studies. His exposure to all aspects of the media - Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, and Communication Research - truly makes him a well-rounded media specialist.
Thomas’ strength lies in his in-depth understanding of how to achieve communications objectives. He’s sensitive to the various target audience types, granting him the ability to handle projects with multiple / specific target groups, within and across cultural groupings.
His position as Managing Creative provides him with a macro-perspective of all productions yet concurrently, he maintains a hands-on approach in the creative process. An award-winning creator, Thomas’ accolades include numerous awards from NewYorkFestivals (USA) and WorldMediaFestivals (Europe).
Charmaine began her career with Petal Productions after graduating with a B.A. in Media Studies (Honours) from Murdoch University, Western Australia.
She writes with visuals in mind, and directs with script in heart. This dual ability propelled her to weave together an eclectic variety of genres, ranging from corporate, marketing, orientation, instructional, recruitment and IPO videos.
After getting his B.A. from Bond University, Queensland, in Film & Television and Media Studies, Oliver kick-started his career at the Television Corporation of Singapore (TCS). At TCS, he was exposed to all facets of screen production, from floor managing to assistant producing to assistant directing and eventually, directing.
For 30 years, he has been honing his craft while working on a myriad of genres such as commercials, corporates, documentaries, feature films, music videos as well as TV and network programmes.
Oliver’s strength lies in his ability to juggle the logistical, technical and creative aspects of production to create quality work.

Graphics & Sound

With over a decade of experience, Sufian’s expertise lies in creating compelling visual narratives for corporate videos, advertising, and broadcast channels.
Adept in both form and function, he ensures project objectives are met with excellence and strong storytelling is evident in each project he delivers.
Brandon was trained as an advertiser: to catch the target viewers’ attention and to think from their perspective.
For close to 20 years, this viewpoint has been the underlying objective of all his projects, allowing him to create visually-pleasing designs with effective visual messages, be it for print or animation.
Professionally trained at the London School of Audio Engineering, Samuel’s experience spans across recording, producing and enhancing sound for live shows, on-location videography as well as studio recordings.
An amiable professional who gets along well with colleagues and clients alike, he strives to create distinctive sound delivery that clients want and make each production the best it can be.
